It's a free RPG Maker game supported by Patreon. It does have adult elements though (explicit hentai, torture, etc.. and other touchy subjects).

That's a really nice animated piece! Most of the details of the dragon are just spot on, I think. And I can see that you have put in a good amount of efforts and time into this!
But, maybe you should add one more frame for the wing closest to the viewer, where the dragon's back is facing us, because it's too abrupt, if you see what I mean?
But, on the whole, it's really nice!

I love the one facing us, but the one facing away has something off with the wing flap. More specifically the angle of the wing for the wing closest. The wing farthest is flapping as if it's backing up instead of hovering like it's forward facing counterpart. It's weird because the animation of the wings is pretty spot on with the dragon that faces us.
