The Doctor: well.. no.. well... um.. kinda sorta... I'm a doctor of "everything"
Me:
EVERYTHING....The Doctor: Um.. yes! Open your mouth.. *looks inside* Oh dear! You've got a cavity that goes all the way into another dimension! *holding open my mouth*
Me:
uh! re-leh? (really?)The Doctor: We're going to have to fill it right away!

The Doctor: Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimy Stuff! *pulls out sonic drill* Now hold still!
