Oh Thank you...umm...
Draw the outline of him with a pencil on paper(very cheap drawing paper)
→Draw the outline with a fine brush
→Erase pencil with an eraser from the paper
→Paint the character with watercolor (I used partly the technique of Dripping)
→Paint the background with watercolor
→Scan
→Increase brighitness and chroma by Photoshop just a little
→Make a modification a bit on the part of skin by Photoshop
