Abigail always used to struggle in her classes, even with the most basic things, she didn't get it. Alice slowly grew to wonder what was happening with the wyngling, so she brought them in for an after-class talk.
"Is there anything wrong, Abigail?"
"Why would there be?" They huffed, looking down and away from their teacher.
"Abigail, I'm just trying to help." Alice crouched down to the level of the wyngling, who scooted away from her. "I want you to get better, are you willing to help me do that?" Abigail looked up at her, and then back down towards her paws.
"Fine." The wyngling looked back up towards their teacher. "Everything on the board is always smudged."
"Oh. Oh! You need glasses."
"...Ah." Abigail didn't seem excited.
"It's a little weird at first, but you'll get to used to them. I'll tell Alma we'll be out for a while, so don't worry, you'll be fine."
