Description Been watching WAAAAY too much Top Model... so.. here's an image I doodled when I were watching the Australian version cycle 4 finale.

For the critique, I am looking for crits on the fashion and on the general anatomy. ^^ <3

I actually love the anatomy here, the proportions are divine. Realistic yet you didn't fail to throw in that flair of elegance. Not easy to do - great job!

well i cant give an official critique but here's what I would say:

she's standing about 6.7-7 heads high which is fine, it's normal proportions but it could be improved by making her head smaller, and putting her at 7.5 to 8 heads tall instead. also fashion proportions are actually 9-10 heads high. That's artistic choice though. Besides that, I would recommend trying penciling in the shadows and going over them in photoshop or in ink, or whatever your choice medium may be. This will allow you to know where you want your shadows and highlights. right now the inking is looking a bit fuzzy and rounded. You really want those edges to be sharp. I've found that it's easier for me to get sharper edges and cleaner lines traditionally than digitally unless I use manga studios but that's just cheating. Besides that, the loose style is very interesting.

I cannot do a DA Critique, so I'll do a regular one here.

I like how you did a more of a button nose. Your noses all tend to look similar, long and sharp. The eye on the right seems slightly short width-wise. The right hand seems a little small but not all that small.

For the fashion, I really like the leggings over the fishnets. I like how you balance it out with the sleeves for her top. I wish you had kept her ribbon white to balance out her shorts. Because the shorts are the only pure white in the figure, my eye becomes drawn to it the most.

Hmm... maybe I should have used a more white ribbon yes. Thanks for the tip ^^

Thank you for the anatomy advise as well... I tend to miss such little things. And I had to look through my gallery when you said I do long and sharp noses... and you're right... I'll start doing more variations from now on ^^ Thanks a bunch.

No sweat. I Only see the costumer once or twice A year I was just taken by the fact that the costumer I know stands like the girl in your drawing and has the same hair style and eye shape. Again no problem.

I have no idea about fashion I wear what I think looks interesting while suiting me, but my dream outfits are stuck somewhere in early 1900's late 1800s.

Would you mind if I recommended this piece to A friend to see if she might want to turn this into A costume? Now that being asked, There is something about this drawing that reminds me of John Byrne's work.
