I drew this while my friend was playing Age of Conan (epic game btw, play it)... It's three characters from out 5+ years long pen and paper RP.These are, from the left, LavhΓ©, Delver and Miridoch. People who has had an eye on my gallery through the years knows these characters.

It just hit me that I love the way you do feet and hair.
The feet because they have such nice shape and look like real feet (you can even draw them from different angles) and the hair because it looks so light and... well... hairy 
But even more so - on this specific picture - I am amased by your faces and the variation you can get into them. They really look like different people with different features and ages.
Lots of credit to you for that.
