   a revisit of one of my old bases, the omee mons ! they're a funny little concept that's still
       close to my heart, plus the whole idea of making a lineart -based species is kinda neat;;

     omee mons are semi-open "lineart species",

                      meaning buying the base gives you right to make them!



     ▸ you can create as many of them as you want after purchasing the base,
           from personal characters to adoptables (free or paid), whatsoever!

     ▸ they generally come in happy and childlike colours and appearances, and tend
           to showcase swirly and whimsical patterns, although all kinds of designs are allowed.

     ▸ they do not have a species sheet or such, so all info, lore, body edits and story
           details you create for them are okay, and dont need approval.

       ▸ you can post your creations off-site anywhere you like, but you need to link back to
           this lineart (or at least mention it somewhere) so other people can find them too!

       ▸ the psd and sai files have everything in a folder setup for easy use. gif preview
