Description Lily Loud is a Class S-5 0-6-0 steam locomotive, built in 1918 by the Baldwin locomotive works for the Union Pacific Railroad. She was designed to work as a switcher in the yards. Lily Loud was later retired and soon donated to the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa on an unknown day on February of 1958. She was later moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she was put on display. She was then purchased by the Chicago and New River Railroad better known as the New River Railroad for use on small tourist and excursion trains Aswell shunting at Chicago Union Station. When the ROC & NRR merged in 2023 she was given CC&NRR lettering and still works to this day across the entire CC&NRR system at yards.
