The only real advantage Natsu has is nullifying Bowsers fire breath by eating it. Bowser has basically every other category (with the possible exception of speed as his speed feats are few). Bottom line, Bowser has this

Natsu may have the advantage of eating fire to heal, but Bowser is FAR physically superior and his Giant size and Giga form can turn the King of Koopas into the ultimate indestructible unstoppable and immovable badass monster beast king of awesome.
