I honestly disagree with the whole "LOL Raven Stomps" thing. There's a REASON that Endeavor is the No.1 hero in the manga.Β
Have you seen him fight High-End?
I still think Raven has a lot better of a chance to win, but Endeavor is a fucking beast and shouldn't been taken too lightly.

That doesn't give much of a reason as to why Raven doesn't outhax and blitz him.

While fighting High-End, Endeavor launched an attack that, according to the wiki "completely demolishes the a good portion of the building.." His prominence burn would have been a one hit ko on High End, had he not thrown his head to regenerate from. He LITERALLY vaporized that fuckers body.
Not to mention his ridiculously high endurance for pain, considering how bad the wound to his face was.
So bad, in fact, he was left with a permanentΒ nasty looking scar.
I'm not saying Raven wouldn't win. She's way stronger, but I do think Endeavor would put up a decent fight, at the very least.
Unless she's bloodlusted. Then she instagibs the fucker.
