New ability: Short Circuit - All damaging Electric moves used by this Pokemon have a 20% chance to cause a burn. Affected moves can no longer cause paralysis.

I was surprised to see that there aren't that many fan-made regional form concepts for the Blitzle line, considering they seem to be very popular. Since I wanted a horse Pokemon in my region anyway I thought I could add to the small list myself.

This Blitzle regional variant line is based on the Brumby, an invasive species of feral horse in Australia that was originally brought over by European settlers (what a shock!). Brumby are known to cause overgrazing and soil compaction as well as trample native vegetation, so this was translated into Blitzle's large flaming hooves that can cause fires.

The idea behind this regional variant is that they are a crossbreed between imported pure Electric Blitzle and native Ponyta. Since it's no longer a zebra, its stripe patterns were reworked to resemble circuit board diagrams, specifically the one long and one short vertical line representing a battery. Its quick temper comes from the mixture of its heat and electricity causing a short circuit, hence its ability.
