Sorry this is so late but great work! I'm not honestly sure I can immediately identify them all, I have to admit. Allison, Stephanie, Vikki and Raye I'm sure of. The rest, not so much. But I hope you can forgive me!

NP. Β It's easy to miss some when they have masks on... Holly is Batgirl, Janie is Catwoman.Β Cynthia is in there, Devon in front. Β No worries though. Β You'd have to really pay close attention to remember them all!Β Im impressed when people have that kind of time.
