Description

Hello, humans! And as usual, I use a translator, if you see a typo let me know

Now we were finally able to get into the depths of the eco-dome 6. Twenty years ago, the Expeditionary Corps brought to the ark a strange container stolen from the exalted who carried out the excavations in the Ash Bag. Inside, there was a farewell gift from an alien overseer - a special form of T-vine for aggressive terraforming, which, having escaped into freedom overnight, made the eco-dome uninhabitable and turned hundreds of thousands of people into building material for the new ecosystem. In addition, this plant in the most inconceivable way for its creators could connect to the System and take control over the life support of the dome.

For unknown reasons, reaching the edge of the eco-dome, the vine stopped growing and hibernated. Sometimes the plant wakes up from sleep and wiggles its huge roots, shaking even neighboring residential domes, horrifying the inhabitants of the ark.

Although, the vine could have long grow out into neighboring domes, if it wanted to. Does this creature pursue its goals?

Never heard of it.

I dream to have a tour of this place. Inside the dome are very many disgusting things.

This is one of the most dangerous places on the planet. How are you going to live here?

The buildings seem more or less intact.

Did the vine ignore them or let them stand on purpose?

Another question: Can the Arks jettison domes? To ged rid of the vine?

The architecture of most arks has an unsightly look, but it is incredibly durable, so the city has not yet crumbled into pieces, although it is almost impossible to move down the streets.

This ark can undock the dome, this is one of the most radical solutions to the problem. It all depends on my characters stuck there.

As I wrote in the comment below, people continue to work here. In safe zones, semi-legal farms are located that extract t-energy from this vine (if not to take into account that it is obtained from the bodies of dead people).

It is mined for research and, before the catastrophe, the raids of the Expeditionary Corps was the only way to obtain t-energy. Sun children do not use this type of electricity, preferring soul reactors.

                                    This is why equatorial arterias

                                    are much better than nano-miceti

Come on! It's easy to

talk, when you take

equatorial arterias

for granted.

Today I did not drink anything, so it’s hard for me to understand what they are talking about.

You know, if you drink enough vodka, you can understand any language ... for a while.

Death by gardening!

That being said, I like your cityscape in this picture. Shame it has to be ruined by this plant.

Without a vine it would be an ordinary city, then there would be no point in drawing it.

Damn! Talk about destruction! I love this feeling of sadness and depression this piece gives, like it's truly the end of the city and nothing can save it.

Keep it up!

OneOut In reply to ori-Taggart [2019-02-15 04:54:23 +0000 UTC]

I was hoping for a depressive effect, but it seems to me that everything here is so colorful that you can make new episodes of Tiny Toons.

It might be just me, but I don't believe that. I think the usage of dark blue and other colors helps contrasting and  directing your eyes into the environment. Plus, I'm pretty sure the destruction makes it serious enough to break the Tiny Toons comparisons. lol

That's just how I feel about this piece, however.

I like the intertwining of the mushrooms and city. I like how there is a main road that connects between the two sections, the larger and smaller sections. I'm not sure what the red spots are for, but, it would be interesting to know.

Good artwork, as I'm reading the description, it makes me think of the science fiction novels from the 1900s. Adventurous, escapist, and fun to read.

If you want to know what these red spots are, you just need to take drugs my drawings regularly, after a while you will begin to understand what is happening here.

Many interesting things happen here, many people just don’t read the description.

But some people still work here. From here you can take a lot of the energy received from the bodies of dead people.
