This is ALL TRADITIONAL ARTWORK
PrismaColor colored pencil and a wee bit of acrylic paint on black paper.

For the record, this piece was a pain in the butt. The paper I used was awkward and thick and too smooth. The Prisma color didn't lay over smoothly, making it hard to blend. Mostly it just clumped up much like oil pastels. Sooo.... What did I do? I used water and laid the pencil onto of the water, making it softer and glide easier. It liquifies the pencil abit. Very cool technique. Not 100% in love with it though.
