Such a lame title, but IDGAFlol!!one

Pretty much, it is what it is. It's a HUGE file for some reason. Like I'm talking 7200 x 9000 pixels kind of huge.

I guess I shall explain how I color these drawings. To start, the lines are drawn from scracth on a sheet of paper, typically with pencil. I scan it, upload it to photoshop (CS3 right now) and create an outline with a Black brush, about 5 px in diameter. (The art usually ends up being about 3000 x 4000 px, but this one was HUGE for some reason.)

The lines are smoothed out in Illustrator, re uploaded to Photoshop, and that's when I start coloring.

That background was made with several layers of lines, Star shapes and patterns, which is probably what made the original .psd file 444 MEGABYTES IN SIZE. I don't do backgrounds often, but for this I decided it need a little extra something to get the message across.
