Daz is a firecracker of enthusiasm, diving headlong into any challenge that presents itself to her. She hates being babied or protected because it reminds her of the Toxel she once was and is so desperate to be rid of. Because of this, she struggles to rely on others -- with the exception of her best friend Lola, whose level-headedness keeps Daz’s chaotic nature in check. Daz often becomes consumed by her interests to the point of obsession, which often leads to crippling disappointment when things don’t go her way. But it is never long before a new inspiration gets her back on her feet.

The one thing Daz doesn’t often like to disclose is that she writes her own songs. This seems too personal for her, and she’d rather be critiqued by her performance than her songwriting. A surprisingly spiritual person, Daz will often travel to a shrine of Giratina where she will find inspiration for a new song through taking part in rituals or meditation. She admires the rebellious undertones of the Ghastron faith, which are often reflected in her music.

╘╬╧╤═╡ BIOGRAPHY
Daz was born to a pair of Low Key Toxtricities who loved their little baby Toxel and were very protective of her, sheltering her from anything that could harm her. Because of that, Daz refrained from evolving for a long time. After all, why grow up when she could just be her parents’ little baby and get spoiled forever?

But all that changed when Daz attended her first rock concert. She was gripped by the intensity of the music, and by the wild, unhinged performers that seemed fearless and free! From then on, she was done being a baby. It was time to grow up and be a musician! And so she took up guitar lessons. On the day she received her very own electric guitar as a birthday gift at age 16, she evolved into an Amped Toxtricity, ready to take on the world.

But the path to stardom is never easy. Daz teamed up with her best friend, a Gastrodon named Lola, to put together a rock band which she named G-Max Stun Shock. Together they recruited a keyboardist, a drummer, and a backup vocal (with the musically unskilled Lola serving as their manager and booking all the gigs). However, despite going through a few prospective lead vocalists, the band could never find one dedicated enough to stick it out for the long term. G-Max Stun Shock fell apart, forcing a broken-hearted Daz to forego her dream of making it big.

Instead, after graduating high school and getting an associate’s degree, Daz and Lola opened a vintage record store, translating Daz’s love for music and Lola’s mind for logistics into a small but lucrative business. But even though they’d cobbled together a modest living and Daz could connect with fellow music aficionados on a day-to-day basis, she never entirely gave up on her dream of performing. To this day she is still diligently practicing her guitar skill each night, and is keeping her eyes (and ears!) peeled for a talented vocalist who could reunite G-Max Stun Shock and finally rocket them into stardom!
