It really gives one the feeling of morning and of time. The clock figure is already there in the coffemug in terms of light reflecting. Particularly the curved reflection comes to signify the 15 minutes. One could ask whether the lines on the page was necessary. However the way the lines are drawn on the page and the shadows makes the coffe mug trancend the page and the page dissapears. Then what we have is really time.
