Looks cozy ! You should have a room of your own, or a garden in which you build a bigger village with actual streets and layout. This makes the town even better. Try it !

im working on a few ideas for a much larger project, a Star-ship base on an Asteroid concept. when i do get my own place there is a planned lego build area.

I really like it ^^, but I thinks the building should have a bit more space, ( sometimes difficult to create space like on this table), very nice buildings ^^ but with more space, evert building would come more to his rights ^^

Onni-Hitsok In reply to Doomedlioness [2011-10-02 15:22:29 +0000 UTC]

Thanks.

The spacing is a bit tight, What we have built here is the center of a large sized town. Extending out quite a ways from what we built. So to us there was a bit of justification to the tight spacing. That and we wanted to get as many pieces onto the table as we possibly could while still making it look good.

I would love to build a castle too but... I dont have enough bricks... and well buying the lego castles for bricks is expensive... and the creator or other boxes with more bricks for less money contain these nice colours like green, blue, yellow and other colours, but no grey, brown, black which I would need most for my castle >.<

The largest thing ever built out of Legos in my family. Ive got more pics i have to sort through of it... And i wish we had left it up rather than take it down when we left.

I have mostly a few Star Wars sets now.

From time to time I take them out and look at them.

They are awesome :')

We only had a limited space to do it all.

YOu should fine some time and cash to expand your space. If you can do that with a small table, i cant wait to see what you can pull off with more room at your disposal.

Why cant it be static instead of dynamic?

Onni-Hitsok In reply to Xodiarc [2011-01-16 15:38:36 +0000 UTC]

Part of it is due to the dynamic world we live on...

We are looking into acquiring more pieces... Mostly older sets with mini figures. Though it may comedown before we leave to protect the pieces.

Well it would be mainly to keep the pieces clean. With thousands of pieces it would be a pain to try and clean them.

Onni-Hitsok In reply to eruraven [2010-09-23 04:28:04 +0000 UTC]

Ok... We estimate something around 10'000 pieces... And many of them are so small we would have to wash them by hand.

I know..thats why I'm laughing..I can picture yall sitting down trying to wash them all by hand..it would make for some very interesting conversation lolz

We would most likely not say much and listen to music... And it would be a process of many hours to complete. Oh a correction to my estimation... 11-12'000 pieces. No less...
