how tit you get thew horns to stay :3 and how'd you make them (if you did)

They're costume horns, with a clear elastic band that's worn beneath the chin & behind the ears. I also used Photoshop to remove what was visible of the band.

It's a kind of arm-warmer, though at a short enough length to be mistaken easily for a glove.
