It's interesting to see Charles in his younger years and how his abusive relationship with Jeremy eventually repeats itself with his son. Makes me wonder if he had a good relationship with Jeremy in the beginning too.
The expressions are awesome, Charles looks deceivingly collected until the last panel and you really feel for Jeremy with those eyes. Well done.

Art can be anything how the artist interprets through his drawings or photography. And I can tell you haven't explored much in the "interwebs" by calling the character as a human animal.
