this is getting out of hand.but here is Oliza in Betia's clothes as described in Wolfcry. Idk if it's accurate
but my boyfriend wanted me to draw this and i thought it was a good idea so here u go.

Well furs don't always have to be wolfish. I wonder about what the lions and Mistari wear since they're big cats and have different style and customs. Ranya was actually born a lioness (she shifted human at four but lost her parents, these shifters...are mated for LIFE) but mainly this outfit source is more because they have to live wild (their home got blown up...twice). But I imagine her working uniform being much like Falcon's Mercy uniforms (falcons got good style)

Well there is some information, but you have to dwell deeper and apply some common sense concerning their lifestyles. The lions are (from what we known) well built...I would expect they might be quite tan from living in the sun too...these are groups of people we can only assume (like the bats)

I feel ashame to not recognize her before. But she looks interesting in a new outfit (though I do love her dancer outfit and normal wear better)...is it me or do these make her seem paler?

Yeah, I prefer her dancer clothes too, but I don't think they would keep her very warm. XD
I think it could just be how I shaded her face, but the more desaturated tones of her outfit do seem lighten her skin somehow.

I guess furs aren't a avian, serpent, or Wyvern's fashion. Um...I have a idea that I sort of want to test out. One of my old ideas involved Quetzalcoatl. Because Oliza's wyvern form is a winged serpent and he's the Feathered Serpent...You might need to do some research, but could you design Oliza as maybe a Aztec Dancer (or Priestess)? I was thinking of her in the ceremonial paint and outfit and she would serve Quetzalcoatl (who would most likely turn Ahnmik and Anhamirak into dog chow)...I think it would be cool if Oliza had another purpose, maybe serving another god in another setting. The only problem might be the sacrifices...But what do you think?

To me, Oliza's wyvern form reminds me of that. So I think it could be interesting if she had some connection to outside ones...
In Vance's thing, it mentioned Quetzals...I don't know if they meant dragons or birds, but he did mention the Mayans and Aztecs...so they are at least aware of them in a sense, a small sense

Yeah, a lot of real life events and cultures coincide with the series. I just wish I knew how much they are incorporated into the story and how important they are in relation to the characters.

"The base of the outfit was a pair of wool pants and a loose, comfortable shirt of the same material. A heavy jacket, lined with some kind of fur, laced over the blouse. I pulled the boots up over the pants to just beneath my knees; they too were fur lined, amazingly warm and comfortable."
