No. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was written for a seven-year-old Alice Liddell by Lewis Carroll. I think he was a bit of a pedophile, but the story has nothing to do with drugs.

Alice in Wonderland was never supposed to be an allusion to drugs actually. The author was a math geek and around his time they started doing stuff like finding the square root of one which irked him. So he decided to write a book that was based on a universe that followed the laws of abstract math, only to point out what bullshit it is.
