I really like how you used blood as part of your horror themed picture.
Most of your pictures generally don't show any violence but blood is usually a very common theme.
Most people are disgusted by the appearance of blood or any other bodily liquid in general.
the human body has a lot of disgusting fluids such as mucus for example.
Horror can often be upfront about the vulnerability of the human body.
Somebody covered in blood would suggest either danger or an injury.
The decapitated heads in the girl's hair appear to be inviting and friendly.
The main girl with the blackened face looks completely psycho.
The picture itself is a bit creepy since something about the female character appears to be off.
You got one heck of an imagination.

Thank you ^ ^
Most people tell me that I don't always have to use blood in my pictures, or that I can draw something other than gore. That's implying that I'm doing this because I'm forced to. Personally, I think there's a lot of beauty to be seen in things that usually make us uncomfortable. It's partly why I draw blood underwater so often--it looks beautiful. Blood and gore have so many different colors and textures to be drawn in, and besides just giving good artistic practice, it's very versatile. Lots of interesting things to do with it. I'm glad that you can see this kind of thing, too.
