This is Marina The Mermaid, from the cartoon series "Zig And Sharko", which is animated by the same company that is responsible for "Oggy And The Cockroaches".And yes, she is beating her chest. I want to see her do this in the show. But since that will clearly never happen, I made might as well make her do it, myself.
