I remember clearly in one of dozens of art-work books I've purchased, there was an unused skin-suit design the was a clear suit with a light pink tint that Masamune used for one of his designs. I'd have to find the book(it's buried in the recesses of oh, twenty boxes in the art-room closet!!) though to remember WHY he chose not to use that design in his regular comics as I can't remember the reason he didn't use it! :-/

Perhaps it tipped the internal balancing act of wanting to tell a story vs the distraction of skin can apply, but I'm curious now ^^
