So this picture took me a good two hours.I hope you all enjoy this piece, as I drew it while talking to the wonderful ^^
Thanks for chatting with me while I drew. It really made my drawing time nice

The only one to have ever actually killed Sonic the Hedgehog...or at the very least did at one time. This artwork in someway truly brings out Mephiles' malevolent side, showing how dark of a villain he is. It's a shame he was downplayed more or less in Sonic 2006 but overall, he was a true badass villain. As for the artwork itself, it is good in presentation but I biasedly feel that it could use a bit of a touch up. The idea of Mephiles with floating arms is good but for some reason when I look at it, it just don't feel right. Don't get me wrong, I love the concept of it but again, it just feels like that he would be better with arms, something like that.
If you had to say who was Shadow the Hedgehog's true archenemy-Black Doom or Mephiles the Darl. I'd go with the latter, unlike all of the other villains up to that certain point in time, he was the only one in all of Sonic to come so "dangerously" close to destroying the world. Your artwork definitely gives off the vibe of Mephiles being evil as a foreshadowing of how much actually evil he truly is.
