Nice work! Looks really good. If you still got a layered version of it, I would recommend doing a perspective transformation on the motion blur. But great job.
Why Shinkansen? I mean I know it's the japanese bullet train but why? If it gives away secrets about the character then don't worry about it.
But with that: which Shinkansen? Nozomi, Hikari, or Kodama?

Thank you! I'm so glad you like it, if I have a version of the layers but of course do not know how moving that perspective, I'll try, thanks for the appreciation of detail.
Why Shinkansen! is simple because I like that name for the character, which is the Japanese bullet train and that is why being an icon of the country and also I liked the character's powers are speed and force some kind of Superman good but Japan.
That Shincansen! simply because Shincansen!
