a Reference sheet for an important character! Akainaclese!
iv'e posted a pic of him before, but i got some feedback saying it was difficult to make out his features, so after some revampings, iv'e made another, more clear version!
infuences: lots of things! featuring:
greek influence: mainly
Hades
Cerberus
Meso-American Culture:
along with the cerberus features, he also has Quetzalcóatl influence, a large winged serpent dragon
alsom i'd be lying if i said certain artists didn't influence me too! like my sister, and Vivienne Medrano!
trivia facts:
he technically has three heads as he takes the form of his creation, the Cerberus, but i count those two as separate characters, and both have their own designs and personalities, so don't appear on Kane in general
he has four arms: two that are usually folded across his body, making his shawl (which are wings btw), and the two underneath the shawl:
he is somewhat amorphous, but tends to keep a "basic shape": has three "basic shapes" this one, a more human looking representation, and a long serpent form he considers his true form.
Personality
comes of as angry and overly serious, and in a sense really is, but has a prankster side, and tends to bluff to his victims to frighten them, but the things about his bluffs, is that he has the power to back them up if need be.
he's terrible with his emotions, making awkward gestures to symbolize "love" or approval.
he's a pushover for his counterpart Elysium: god of heaven, the two of which are bound to each other and have two children, Jamie and Jaizer, possibly an upcoming third.
total of seven eyes, though many many more can appear anywhere on his form.
