Yeah, we can't always get what we want and I really wanted Merlin to have a happy ending besides waiting centuries for his best friend to wake up.

yeah ;w; since the show started off so lighthearted I was hoping it would end happily but instead they just had to put the most heart breaking ending possible ahaha
though with the way they ended off I was really hoping they would do a sixth season where arthur rises again xD

Sadly no, not unless you want to go back in time, break the fourth wall and spill everything to them. I doubt there'll be a season six but it would certainly be interesting.
