And because clearly I'm crazy.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out when I was in a rut and for telling me if something wasn't quite right!
I used Watercolor/Ink (more or less it's all watercolor)
micron pens for the lines
brain for the idea.
costumes were referenced from the book Alice's Adventure in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass.
Everyone belongs to Lewis Carrol/Charles Dodgson.

I think it's appropriate this is the last image I'm going to be looking at before I go fish my sketch book out, not because it gave me the idea for anything, but because I don't remember how the hell I came to find you. Though I'm happy I did, so it makes me feel like Alice.
I love Alice, rather, I love the books...the character annoyed me for the most part. It was the cast of crazy around her that kept me enthralled in the books. Don't you love how I talk about random things before saying anything about the actual art? I'm sorry. I love that she's the only color you see, it sort of reminds me of the PC games where Alice is the only hope for Wonderland. I also love that the rest of the characters look how they do in the book and aren't more humanoid, if that makes sense, because it does in my head.
I'm off, thank you for having such wonderful work. It was a fun hour looking through your galleries.

This pic is awesome! I'm a pretty big fan of Alice too. Adventures in wonderland and Through the Looking Glass was one of the first things I ever read. Also theres a pretty good cover of that song by a band called Collide.

I'm re-writing through the looking glass in such a weird way with my own characters. So straaange. Listening to a Perfect Circle doesn't help it either. it just makes it more weird.
