Not exactly xD you can only add team members after certain events, which I have yet to complete. If you want to, we could collaborate on a team app (meaning I draw one character and you draw another) but I would be unable to participate in any missions with that team due to business irl

Only first evolution, and you can choose whoever you want (I might not use larvitar, i've been wanting to try some other pokemon).
