El-Aurian, one of the ‘lucky few’ to escape the destruction of his homeworld, Norvin was already middle-aged for an El-Aurian when he started his wanderings through the galaxy, looking for somewhere to call home. At Star Station Charlie, he finally found somewhere he felt he could put roots, soon finding gainful employment as the station administrator, his years of experience dealing with other alien cultures considered a boon. He has been in charge of all day to day activities of the station ever since and has seen many people and businesses come and go, and he likes nothing better than a quiet orderly station where nothing much happens.
