Description

My first Kingdom Hearts fanart. Set after Sora is brought back home after disappearing in KH3, Sora seems to have lost his memory and is pretty much lifeless, and heartless. Kairi desperately tries to remind Sora who he is and who they are, but he shows no expression, and no response. Riku tries to tell Kairi it's pointless to try and force Sora's memories to come back, but she won't have any of it. She knows Sora's in there and drags him down to the secret cave with all the drawings. She shows him the drawing they made together as kids sharing a paopu fruit together and tells him that drawing came true. She tells him he saved her many times and that he sacrificed himself to bring her back using the power of waking. Still there's no response. As Kairi is crying Sora glances up at the picture and something begins to stir in him. The memories slowly come back, and he utters a single word to his surprised friends...

"Kai...ri...?"
