As anyone that plays or collects Warhammer miniatures know, it's fucking expensive, even more for the poor souls like me, that live in a country far away from any GW shop and have to rely on the unpredictable mail service and absurdly heavy taxes for import...Other day I stumbled across this site www.papercraftsquare.com/?s=wa… and found many plans for building miniatures almost for free, a "Poor men Warhammer"... So this was my first try. Unhapilly I used some very very thick papers and the model didn't assembled correctly. Anyway, the "orky" look will make it into a nice add to my Waaaagh as a "Looted Rhino". As soon as I finish painting it I will post

Does look a lot like an Warhammer 40k Rhino... and as Warhammer 40k is a british game, I think the might have taken some inspiration there

It happens when a corporation grows too large and the directors get far away from their products. The ones calling the shots are not the wargame-nerds anymore, but technocrats that want to follow trends and make strategies without even remembering what the hell are they selling...

Well, it's not bad at all, but I think that, as you say, it will work better as a looted rhino.
How come you've used such a thick paper? That almost looks like cardboard.

Well, I'm making a graduation course in design, and I have plenty of really thick paper we use to make models of buildings and furniture... it's usually thicker than cardboard, mostly like 1 mm to 1 cm thick
It's also fucking hard to cut, so some parts became uneven... almost like it was made by a Big Mek XD
