Yeah, that's Axel from Kingdom Hearts. See, there's this club on Y!gallery called Non-Consensual Pollination, dedicated to depictions of Organization XIII as flower fairies. Yes. Then, there really is a kind of flower called a flame tulip; I saw a bright red one that looked exactly like Axel's hair and this happened.I never colored it myself, but anyone is welcome to.
