Description My most recent picture. This time again its an rather abstract painting in the style i already used for The pattern.
Some things might not be that obvious but there are quite a few sea dwellers in this picture

I know it's quite different from my usual work here but i enjoyed making it
Hope some of you also like it

Heh. I can already feel orca watching me. Nice stuff despite the fact it's much different from your other works. I like the simplicity of the image and yet it hides so much different sea animals you can stare at it for an hour and still find it attracting your eye in some way. Good job

Bring us more abstractions

Another fun one, Harald. This time I didn't find them all until after you told us what you put in there. I did recognize the jellies right away.

It's the best thing to break though your usual style sometimes and try something different! Very nice and also sweet work! It's great because it makes you search for common elements like those water animals! Nice

That's a really cool patern. Fun trying to find all the critters, but all I see is a seahorse, a fish, starfish, and something in the left I can't make out. All in all though it's really really cool!

I like the blue-grey colour.
hm, the first thing I saw was a seahorse left of the bright thingy in the middle. Above that thing are a few round things that made me thin of skully, but if it's sea-critters it might be jellyfish (or air bubbles, whee). And, hm, a crab in the loer left corner?
I might be imagining the critters, but no matter if they're there, that looks pretty neat

OrcOYoyo In reply to veli [2005-08-22 14:12:06 +0000 UTC]

thank you. yes they are there. And they ment to be jelly fish
also a seahorse, a fish a sponge a shell + pearl, crab, starfish, tentacle and whatever else your imagination tells you whats in there
thats what i like in abstracte.

the orca?
well its an abstract form of it as i said
The black spiral thing in the "middle". The end of the spiral is the eye.

For an non-abstract-fan ..i like it. I would like it a little bit "cleaner" a dark blue as bg and the white - realy white to jumb out of the pic. but that is personal...thumbs up my friend.

OrcOYoyo In reply to Thorcus [2005-08-22 14:08:18 +0000 UTC]

Thanks

For the dark blue background, it would be hard to see the black lines if i would choose a darker color i think, but maybe my monitor is rather dark.
