Something different.Can't say it's good or bad. Just an experiment I had in Mind
about 4 hours in painter (should have used a vektor program though
)If you like let me know what you think about it.

I like this very much.
I found many similarities to Maya style tribals, so abstract and so symbolic at the same time.

Um ehrlich zu sein habe ich wirklich gedacht ob du nun total abdrehst, als ich das Werk das erste Mal in meiner DevWatch-Liste gesehen habe. Aber ich wurde Lügen gestraft, denn je länger ich es mir anschaue umso mehr erkenne ich (oder meine zu erkennnen^^) und umso charaktervoller wird es. Es ist definitiv ein Stil an den ich mich gewöhnen könnte und den man sich sicher auch gut an die Wände hängen kann, wenn die Einrichtung stimmt. Also ich hätte da schon Ideen ^^
Das detailierte lasse ich diesesmal weg, da ich der meinung bin jeder sollte das in diesem Bild sehen, was er sieht und nicht was versucht wurde zu zeichnen. Jeder kann soll für sich selbst das Bild entdecken und entscheiden ob er seine Entdeckungen mit jemanden teilt.
Also ich mag es und solange du deine anderen wunderschönen Biler nicht vernachlässigst bin ich sogar mal froh ein Bild im anderen Stil von dir zu sehen.

Ich hab mal eins an die wand gehängt und es passt dort auch recht gut hin.
Es war der versuch von meinen normalen Bildern loszukommen, was aber nicht ganz gelungen ist
Ich hab aber diese muster ein wenig in meine anderen Bilder einfließen lassen
Aber keine angst ich werde sicherlich ausschließlich solche musterbilder machen aber sicherlich hie und da eines. (gibt ja schon 2

i did try to add some elements in the new zig et merlot's hunt picture as well like the spiral grass.
hmm there is also a "butterfly" "flowers". well that one wasn't on purpose

Definitely different, definitely cool! I like the contrast and the pattern! I'd also have to say that you've got lots of room here to experiment with switching colors schemes around--blue and white, red and yellow, etc.

That's really cool. It's very different from your usual pieces.. I like the simplicity.
I also like the feel of the picture.. I don't know if you intended this, but it seems to give off a sense of.. Fertility or something, just because of the woman's large belly, and all the flowers in full bloom and all.. It's awesome a deffinate favorite <3!

Nice work, Harald. It looks like a modern take on some ancient design styles. The lady in the field of flowers reads well. I am trying to decide whether the background is a snow-capped mountain and a few clouds, or just the sun and clouds. I agree about the vector program. It would look even cleaner.

It was meant to be a snow-capped mountain and some clouds mixed with elements to fill the emty spaces left

I had seen the butterfly and the snail, I just didn't mention them. Obviously you are "coming through, loud and clear" with this new technique. Now, what are you going to do with it?
