Appearance: Dark and sleek, Jax has a slim but muscular frame. His mane and tail are kept long and regularly fall over his eyes and neck in an artfully ruffled style. His expression is almost always twisted into a sultry grin or bright-eyed amusement, and he never really seems to get upset. He is often found with flowers threaded through his mane, courtesy of Patchouli .

Personality: Larger than life and hedonistic to an extreme, Jax seems almost like a parody of himself. His moods are somewhat erratic, flying from bared-teeth ecstatic fervour to intensely-focused liquid sex to an almost manic childlike excitement. He has trouble keeping his attention fixated on any one thing for a long period of time and is easily distracted by a fancy tail or long legs. He doesn't put any thought towards moral correctness or consequences -- everything he does is done because he wants to do it, and nothing will turn him off his preferred path when he's set himself on it.

History: Drugs, sex and alcohol. A passably famous rockstar during the golden age of rock, Jade Axe was a name well-known by avid rock fans. He flew through life in a substance-induced haze, never stopping to think about anything. His first death came from a fatal overdose, while he was busy entertaining a few of his biggest fans. In fact, he was so deep into his hallucinations by the time he died that he simply assumed the Wraith that came to offer him the choice was a drug-fuelled illusion. Naturally, he took the deal and was soon back to his tour run.

He lasted a bit longer the second time around. Not that he learnt anything, of course -- his life went on unchanged and his habits only because worse, his behaviour growing more erratic and unpredictable every day. Years passed, and so did his five minutes of fame; Jax faded from the public eye, going on to live his life in the relative privacy of his ridiculous mansion with his pet monkey and his die-hard ageing fans. When, at the age of 49, he was called and offered a substantial sum of money to do a comeback tour, he immediately took the deal.

His second life came to an abrupt end when, halfway through his tour and in a drunken haze, he forced his bus driver out of the seat of his tourbus and decided to drive it himself.

The last thing he remembers is plowing down an unsuspecting pedestrian that walked into the path of his huge black bus, before he crashed into the side of a building and promptly died.

Waking up as a Wraith, Jax was amused but not too fussed. Life went on.

He loves singing and will often descend into a medley of his best hits if left alone too long or bored on a mission. You can locate him easily by the sound of singing.
He is actually a good singer, when he's not fooling around and caterwauling.
