Yep, same here. I think the generic term for myself is tri-gender.

This is awesome, and well done! I perform in drag (masculine acting) from time to time, and it's always interesting to travel the in-between spaces.

I've always had a particular fondess for this picture; I kept coming back to this on my older account, but I never really understood enough to favorite it.

But right now, I think I'm understanding absolutely perfectly.

Right now, I've been kinda questioning what it's like to truly feel like a woman, so I really am considering to dress up as a male (good thing brothers are so darn useful in giving their old clothes ) and seeing what it's like....even if it's for only about an hour or so. I think by doing what I'm thinking about, I'll get both sides of the story, and I'll be happy. I'm kinda considering myself as a transvestite, but I've only considered about it a few times. I've gotten some negativity because of it from my sister, and even one of my friends, but I have a really close friend, who is the sweetest person I know, who will help me. I do love her as a friend so much; she will be willing to help you and support you all the way, even if she doesn't agree with it. As long as I'm happy, she's happy

Because of this recent way of thinking, I think I have finally understood what you mean by this picture, and can now appreciate its full beauty and message you're giving out

I do really like your sense of realism in this picture, and you look marvelous as both genders, male or female Excellent job <3333

Thanks for the wonderful comment! I identify as a transmasculine androgyne - so I live my life as a genderfucking male during the day and as a girl at home. It's pretty fun to see the differences in the way people treat you when you present as a male verses presenting as female.

I would suggest doing some research into transgender issues. The spectrum is enormous - genderqueers, androgynes, ftm transsexuals, transvestites, crossdressers, genderfluids, etc. Susans.org is a great forum - you should check it out! You'll get an education and they've got great tips for passing as a male.

(Also, thanks for the !)

You're very welcome <333333 That's interesting I bet it is; I was planning on changing my peronality from the usual, quiet, and composed female personality to a rambunctious, rowdy, and competitive male I think I'll be treated very differently....and like a freak

I bet it is ono I've never really heard a lot of these things. I am looking here, but I'm kind of confused as to how it works But thank you for the recommendation! <3 It might really help me to succeed <333333

(You're always welcome <3)

I look like a girl, but I act like a boy. Is that the same aswhat you're portraying? Because that's what I'm getting from it and I can relate.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

origamidragon In reply to GothicaWay [2010-06-21 02:40:38 +0000 UTC]

Sort of. I identify as gender variant - which is a form of genderqueer that deals with extreme feminine and extreme masculine, rather than the middle ground between the genders.

I'm biologically female. I wear makeup, dresses and high heels on some days and be extremely feminine. The next day I may throw on my Shaq's (boys shoes), baggy jeans and a boy's t-shirt and present myself in a very masculine way. It's an interesting gender predicament - but it means I have more excuses to go shopping.

GothicaWay In reply to origamidragon [2010-06-21 17:13:12 +0000 UTC]

Wow, I don't think I've heard of that before. You can pretty much choose what gender you want to be one day, then just dress as it and you're concidered that gender?

I don't know much (or anything :S) about it, but to my simple mind, it's kind of like a superpower.

Oh, geeze, just ignore me, my brain stopped working when I was about 12.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

origamidragon In reply to GothicaWay [2010-06-24 02:14:36 +0000 UTC]

Sort of. It's more like the gender is chosen for me and I just go with it. But I am a chameleon I suppose.

Haha, never thought of it as a superpower. I may from now on.

Haha, I can imagine how confusing this would be xD I personally think this would have been better if the hairstyles were almost the same, only very slightly different - to help accent that this is indeed one person. But the meaning is brilliant!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

origamidragon In reply to GentleOceanMichuru [2010-05-29 04:38:11 +0000 UTC]

I actually considered doing that, but eventually decided against it. For me personally it's almost a "two different people in the same body" kind of feeling. So I chose to express the individual qualities of both myself and my male alter ego.

Also, thanks so much for the !

I'd love to help you in any way that I can! But first, it's not a "have" it's an "am" - gender identity isn't something that someone just has - it's a part of you.

If you wanna talk feel free to comment or note me!
