Description
This is my second picture of this character, Penelope from Wacky Racers, an old Hanna Barbera cartoon that I used to love. I based the pose from an ad in Maxim. The model was leaning against a sporty car, and the way it was shaped reminded me of the "powder puff" car Penelope used to drive.I used Sai and my Wacom Bamboo tablet. It was fun. Again, this is just to practice drawing people.
