Mournful Frost again! Will I ever stop remaking old things? Naw, I'm gonna keep on doing it until I get it right, damnit. The second MF was too blue for me, this one at least has more color, and cool antlers! Though I'm starting to suspect I'm just using the Dancerverse as an excuse to make cool alicorns, I mean, does this really make you think "Cadence" the first time you see it? Guess that's just wendigo magic.
Villains that pretend to be my Mom are one of the kinds that scare me the most, because A, how am I supposed to friendship laser my Mother? And B, they just make you feel so guilty, and in the bad way.

Love the frosty white color scheme, really reminds me of how white is a color associated with death in East Asia. And those horns are just boss as heck...!

The design doesn't make me think Cadence, yet at the same time, I saw the name and thought, "This has gotta be Nightmare Cadence, right?" So good job!

I really like this redesign and how it has more of a commanding ice queen feel to it.
I can't help but imagine this version of Cadence yelling at Flurry Heart "I have no daughter! Especially not one that would reject my love and seal me away for 1000 years!".
Similar to Lusamine in Pokemon Sun and Moon.

I think of Flurry Heart when I see Mournful Frost because if she turns evil then all of Equestria will be frozen. This time on purpose. Grab your coats fillies and gentlecolts because winter is coming to frostbite you in the butt! I'm sorry I had to. XD
