For those uninformed, Ira is the little umbrum that pretends to befriend Radiant Hope, and is Rabia's child. As Sombra is also explicitly Rabia's kid, that means he's a big brother! A very big brother...I was also considering Flurry Heart as the one mentioned. Uncle Sombra is a pretty funny idea. Ira could just be the replacement principal that Sombra puts in charge after basically giving Cadence the boot in Crystal Prep.
