When Mike313 and I were discussing the possibility of a second SOE series, I proposed that Misato should be Supergirl. And while he decided against it, I think she looks great in that outfit.Oh, and shady1988? Sorry to take so long! I just hope this pic is worth the wait!

Well, dunno... sounds like a good concept for a What If-type story, you know, 'What If Misato Katsuragi Was Supergirl? ' Or 'What If Green Lantern Was Supergirl? ' (whichever sounds cornier-it's comics, after all).
One thing to consider, though, would be how Misato gets away with saving the world when she has to be in the Command Center. Mike did had a good idea in that regard by making Misato stand down from her position.

That is an idea, but not one without problems.
Think about it; Misato, a woman with a known and overwhelming hatred of the Angels, suddenly gives up a position that would allow her some measure of revenge against them, at the very same time this superwoman starts killing Angels?
Maybe its just me, but that would be a bit suspicious to my mind. And Gendo might be evil incarnate, but he's no idiot.

Eh I dunno Gendo's not evil incarnate so much as a sneaky little jerk that happened to be in the right place at the right time and really poor child rearing skills, his big plan pretty much revolved around Rei not being smart enough to figure out she'd been getting a bum deal after all.
