Taken at the Sacré Coeur in Paris, by the wonderfulCaha and Cahin are said to come from France, and where else then exciting Paris would be an ideal photoshoot location?
Caha Cahin is French for Dilly Dally. Or something like that.

I've been meaning to ask, what kind of fabric are the gold stripes? Is it satin? I'm working on a costume with gold and can't decide what kind of fabric I want to use, mainly because I don't want it to be freakishly shiny. I just love how the gold in your costume photographs.

it's synthetic taffeta. (taffeta being silk, I though it would suit Caha) and I love the fabric, as it's not TOO shiny, but does have a nice sheen to it. I'm not to fond of satin, at all, so I avoid it at all cost! XD

Though, casa satin isn't as shiny but doesn't come in a nice gold color. T_T

Yeah I've only seen casa satin in a very dull gold. No bright colours.
I'm planning to remake the Hellequin one day, the basis outfit, with silk... I'm probably nuts, but I have thing for silk.
I hope you can find it, if not, give me a shout, I can buy this stuff for 3 euros a meter (which is slightly more then a yard) and I don't know how much you'll need but if it's not too much and I can send it as normal mail, shipping wouldn't be TOO expensive!
