This is my application for the country of Lumeria.

Name: Sylvius Gylwandor

Job: Warrior/Paladin

Talents: Swordsmanship/ Fighting: Sylvius has always been fond of training in all things martial since he was very young. It was something he would do with his father and grandfather while the two were alive, and his dedication to their memories has kept him training and fighting ever since. He took up the sword in the name of his Country and it's citizens to follow in his ancestor's footsteps, and is wholly loyal to the crown, and the God of Lumeria.
Singing: A talent he inherited from his mother, Sylvius only sings in his own company to pass time, though he has a nice voice. He is to shy to sing in front of others, and will quickly stop if he becomes aware that anyone is listening to him. (Usually accompanied by a blush)
Cooking: Sylvius had to learn to cook for himself after his parents passed on, and he figured if he was going to cook for himself, he might as well learn to make it taste good as well. It took him a while to get the hang of paying attention to food long enough for it not to burn, but now that he is well versed in the art of food making, he likes to tinker around in the kitchen in his free time, making new things.

Personality: Sylvius initially comes off as quiet and distant, though he is secretly a rather sensitive person. He finds joy in protecting others, and keeping his country safe from harm. His nature is quiet, and gentle, and Sylvius likes finding new friends, though he feels awkward speaking sometimes. Sylvius is deathly afraid of hurting innocent people and will do his best to avoid killing someone if at all possible.

History: The Gylwandor family has a long history of service to the country of Lumeria, their dedication gaining them many accolades through time. The current, and only Gylwandor was born to Gylthanus and Lithian Gylwandor, whom raised their son happily, teaching him the ways of honor and combat as is the Gylwandor tradition.
At the tender age of 12, Sylvius found himself alone in the world when his parents were murdered, their country home burned to the ground after being looted. Young Sylvius was spared from harm by hiding in the woods nearby, not returning to his ruined home until after the fires had burnt themselves out. He retrieved his parent's wedding rings from their corpses before sending them into the next life with a proper burial and heading to the capitol city where he knew his grandfather still lived. Upon hearing the news of his children's deaths, Illia Gylwandor took in his grandson, continuing his education and care until he passed not too long after due to natural causes.
Sylvius continued to live on his own until he was old enough to serve Lumeria, joining up with other Paladins in the line of duty.

-Sylvius has never been seen completely angry or upset, his even temper legendary among his compatriots.
