So first of all I'am a big fan fo any coloured style, where the lines are more important than the colours (in this picture I refer to the thick, heavy outlines, plane aplied colours with relatively little contrast, especially within one "segment" of the shown object, edges within the outlines indicated by thin lines). With these features your picure reminds me of the paintings from the art nouveau style (I guess that you were inspired either by those or by some comic artists, but sadly I am pretty inexperienced what comics belongs, maybe moebius?). What you have to remember if you want to further develop this style, is that all artworks will always look a little bit plane, like a cutout (I say this just in case you didn't know. This can sometimes make things difficult).
Now to the colours. I realy like your choice. All colours work together pretty well, the viewer gets a good impression of light and shadow. Similar to the befor mentioned artists from the art nouveau style you picked colours with little contrast (no complementary colours), a choice that gives the picure a very harmonic impression overall, but also one which maybe leads to the problem that it could be difficult to show expressions, emotions or the tension of a scene through colour contrasts. If you want to draw a comic or scenes in this style I'd suggest to try to paint a few pictures in this style with contrasting colours, because I've never saw an example of this (maybe because it doesn't look good, maybe because the poeple witch used to draw in styles similar to this one prefer harmonic pictures, but I'm curious about the outcome) or you try to find a way to overcome this problem (maybe you don't care, maybe you find something researching your inspirations, moebius could have something, maybe by using other contrasts?).
To the anatomy. You did a good job, I can't find any problems exept for her right hand. This is probably just the perspectiv but the hand looks like it is to small. As I sad this problem origins from the 2d-ishnes of your artwork: the hand looks like it would be on the same "deepness-layer" as the rest of her body and through that looks to small. Whether you accept that, or try to work around it is your choice.
For the clothes. I like the design and the wrinkles of the clothes look pretty good, espacially at her waist, bud I myself am just a beginner in drawing clothes, so don't take me for granted there.
My only real complain is about her hair. The way you drawn it it looks pretty stringy. Whether you change this just because I don't like it is your choice, but I'd suggest that you could search for inspiration looking at artists like Alfons Mucha (important artist from the art nouveau style).
All in all i realy like this picture. I hope that you continue drawing in this style and I am in joyful expectation for full sceneries or even a comic.

you are welcome.
by the way i also looked at your newer stuff and in your most recent puplication (the animated one) you found in my opinion a nice way to picture her hair, without changing the artstyle too much. congrats
