I have had plenty of ideas of screaming people covered in blood (heh heh what does go on my mind?). I have called this 'waiting for a scream' since she actually cant scream because shes covered in blood and la de dah.Its my first piece of manip on a large picture. Mwhaha it had to be macabre.
