Description
The Encantado, also known as Boto or Pink Dolphin, is a creature from Brazilian folklore that is said to have the ability to transform into a handsome human being. It's primarily known for its enchanting and seductive nature.

I got the idea from Scissors' coolness and self-centered attitude. And since dolphins are the coolest animals in the world and the fact he's charismatic i thought that i translate that monster onto him.

In the monster-verse, Scissors is an encantado who's often a jerk, has a big ego, and desperately wants to be cool. But deep down he's emotionally insecure and wears sunglasses so no monster can see him cry and he's forcing Paper and Rock into dangerous situations. Though he's often a jerk with an ego problem, but he's shown to be caring towards Rock and Paper. And like a dolphin, he's full of surprises like he's an expert bowler, or he's a magician, even though he's a already one. A weather magican called a tempestarius.
