Hi everyone! I am here with some old art today~
When I first joined deviantArt on this account I made this piece as a class project.
The class project was to do a realistic grid portrait of well, anything you wanted.
Me, being the KPOP & Kdrama obsessed freak I am, chose the handsome actor Kim Soo Hyun~
I am aware that this drawing has many flaws (mostly the face region..) and that it doesn't really look like him LOL.
I am honestly never good at grid portraits, I am better without using a grid and just free flowing it but ah well, it was the project~ xD
So, here is one of my first attempts at pure realism and yeah I edited it a bit this afternoon because I was like hell nooo.. xD
(what i mean by that is that i erases some face details and darkened many areas to make it better because it faded a fuck ton after receiving it back from my art teacher after so many months... xD)
This was done traditionally with 6B pencils and other dark pencils like that! Anyway, hope you enjoy and have a nice day!

It faded a lot when i received it so i darkened it a lot (like, a LOT) xD
So it is old and then again it isn't old because i went over it a lot, but ah well i still like this piece
