the sisters of wyrd are taken from the book The Way Of Wyrd by Brian Bates.they are 3 sisters from pagan mythology.

the book is based in pagan Anglo Saxon England, it is a tale on the character Wat Brand and his experiences with a pagan sorceror named Wulf, the experiences he has learning the ways of wyrd and his journey into the spirit world to regain his lost soul.
